Mental Health Strengths Case Manager: Adult Services - Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center

Pay: $20.00–$27.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Benefits-eligible

As a Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside adults navigating life challenges and help them connect to community resources as they build stability in their lives. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values authentic relationships, creative problem solving, and meeting people where they are.

What You’ll Do

• Support clients in developing the skills, confidence, and resources they need to live independently.
• Coordinate care across providers and community supports.
• Help clients identify strengths and set goals that align with their recovery.
• Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building in real-world settings.
• Advocate for clients and ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, nurses, and peers.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field, or equivalent experience (four years).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who thrives on teamwork, flexibility, and genuine human connection.
• Most importantly - a person who believes in the power of recovery, community, and compassion.
