Pay is based on experience starting at $47,000 - $61,000 per year, Full time - 40 hours per week, benefits eligible. The primary responsibility of the Early Childhood Therapist is to meet the mental health needs of children and families in Douglas County by providing outcome based therapy interventions at the Center and in the community. This position will also provide oversight of community based cases in which there is a provider from outside of the agency. This position will work closely with outside agencies providing early childhood services within Douglas County.

Pay is based on experience starting at $47,000 - $61,000 per year, Full time - 40 hours per week, benefits eligible. The primary responsibility of the Adult Outpatient (AOP) Therapist will be to provide mental health services based on the application of clinical social work and/or clinical psychology theory and principles.

This is an unpaid student internship. The primary responsibility of the Student Intern IOP/DBT will be to provide mental health services based on the application of marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, and/or clinical psychology theory and principles.

The primary responsibility of the Parent Support Specialist will be to perform support and outreach activities to families and children who are accessing services in the broad system of care of Douglas County. The purpose of this position is to provide an integrated, comprehensive system of care for children with severe emotional disorders and their families, utilizing an early intervention approach. The primary responsibilities of the Peer Support Specialist - Fellowship will be a contributor to the development of peer support services in a variety of settings/agencies in Douglas County as a part of the Douglas County Peer Fellowship Program. The Peer Support Specialist Fellowship will provide engagement, support, intervention, and coordination of care to patient/client/clients through a multidisciplinary collaborative service approach.

Pay is based on experience starting at $39,598 - $69,257 per year, Full time 40 hrs. per week, benefits eligible. The primary responsibility of the Intensive Outpatient/Dialectical Behavior Licensed Therapist will be to provide a wide range of mental health services for clients who are in need of intensive and acute mental health treatment. The primary intervention method used will be Dialectical Behavior Therapy adapted specifically for this population and level of care. Training and on-going supervision in this methodology will be provided. Therapy services will be provided in the office, home and community environment.
