Salary is commensurate with experience with pay range of $61,000 - $99,000 per year. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, salaried, exempt, and eligible for our benefits. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
The primary responsibility of the CFS Therapist is to meet the mental health needs of children and families in Douglas County by providing outcome based therapy interventions at the Center. This position will also provide oversight of community based cases in which there is a provider from outside of the agency. This position would oversee the Intake schedule for CFS.
This position would have a 60% productivity expectation that could be adjusted according to the other workflow. This position could be hired at Sr. Level status depending on the licensure of the candidate. Specific duties include:
