Pay is commensurate with experience starting at $73,400 full time, salary, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities: The Quality Improvement Director provides leadership in advancing a culture of quality, data driven decision-making, and continuous quality improvement across all programs at the Bert Nash Center (BNC). The Quality Improvement Director leads the design, coordination, and implementation of BNC's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring efforts. This position supports organizational performance through data analysis, outcomes tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with the Bert Nash mission, strategic priorities, and the CCBHC model of care.

    The QI Director collaborates closely with senior leaders, program managers, and the QI Team to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor performance metrics, and foster accountability for results. Additionally, this position will have responsibilities related to risk/safety, feedback/satisfaction, and licensing and accreditation.

    The Quality Improvement Director specific duties will include but not limited to:

    • Quality and Performance Leadership
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive CQI plan aligned with CCBHC and CARF standards, focusing on data integrity, service outcomes, and performance improvement.
      • Identify and monitor key KPIs at the agency and departmental levels to track progress toward strategic and operational goals.
      • Coordinate CQI projects that use data to identify service, process, or access gaps and lead improvement efforts.
    • Data Analytics and Reporting
      • Oversee the development, maintenance, and utilization of dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable data to leadership, programs, and frontline staff.
      • Partner with program leaders to ensure accurate data capture and meaningful data visualization for decision-making.
    • Client and Community Outcomes
      • Oversee client experience and community partner feedback and ensure timely collection, analysis, and communication of results.
      • Translate feedback and data into performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, access, and outcomes.
    • Organizational Performance and Accreditation
      • Provide leadership in maintaining and advancing BNC's CARF accreditation and CCBHC certification through data-driven quality practices.
      • Along with the Senior Director of Operations, provide oversight and support of licensing and accreditation readiness and serve as a resource for standards/regulations.
    • Risk and Safety
      • Along with Senior Director of Operations provide oversight of the Risk Management program.
      • Assist in preparation of risk related annual reporting, analysis, and documentation.
    • Supervision and Collaboration
      • Supervise and mentor members of the Quality Improvement Team, ensuring alignment with agency goals.
    • Other Duties
      • Oversight of agency policies and document repository.
      • General working knowledge of Alert Media, PowerDMS, Ninjio, Relias, and Feedtrail.

    Qualifications: The Quality Improvement Director is an upper-level management position that requires but not limited to:

    • A master's or bachelor's degree in public administration, healthcare administration, or social services field.
    • Minimum two to three years of quality improvement, data analytics, or performance management in a healthcare setting (preferred).
    • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, proficiency in Excel and database tools.
    • Knowledge of quality measures, healthcare KPIs, and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret data and convey insights clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change in complex systems.
    • This is primarily an in person position.
