Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Part time (36 hours), non-exempt, benefits eligible. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Lead Behavioral Health
Specialist will lead the BHS team in providing monitoring and supportive
services in an urgent care and medical setting that serves individuals across
the lifespan through a multidisciplinary and collaborative service approach. The Lead BHS position has
additional responsibilities that include scheduling, task assignment, assisting
in de-escalation training, and will serve as the liaison between the BHS staff
members and other workforce members.
