Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Client Service Manager
is to train, supervise and mentor the Client Care Specialists, Client Care
Coordinators and Office Support Specialists. Specific duties
include but not limited to:
- Hiring,
training and supervision of Client Care Specialists, Client Care
Coordinators and Office Support Specialists.
- Conduct
regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching and
support to ensure high levels of service.
- Develop
and implement workflows, protocols, and best practices to improve front
desk operations.
- Scheduling
staff to cover all shifts including back up coverage as may be needed.
- Handle
escalated patient concerns or conflicts with professionalism and
discretion.
- Ensure
front desk staff maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality
standards.
- Ensure
all front office procedures align with clinical policies, state/federal
regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Implement
continuous improvement strategies to enhance administrative workflows and
client experience including strategic planning.
- Completing
additional responsibilities that may be assigned as circumstances
warrant.
Qualifications:
The Client Service Manager position requires but not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field or Associate's degree with 1 year experience in a similar role or a High
school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Two
years of experience in a position of similar scope with two years prior
supervisory experience in a medical office setting;
- knowledge
and ability to operate standard office equipment;
- strong
computer skills;
- Must
be able to achieve within 6 months of employment a working competency in
the management and use of the Center's electronic medical record (EMR)
software

in assigned working hours;
