Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Client Service Manager
is to train, supervise and mentor the Client Care
Coordinators and Office Support Specialists. Specific duties
include but not limited to:
- Hiring,
training and supervision of Client Care
Coordinators and Office Support Specialists.
- Conduct
regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching and
support to ensure high levels of service.
- Develop
and implement workflows, protocols, and best practices to improve front
desk operations.
- Scheduling
staff to cover all shifts including back up coverage as may be needed.
- Handle
escalated patient concerns or conflicts with professionalism and
discretion.
- Ensure
front desk staff maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality
standards.
- Processing
and distributing both incoming and inter-office mail daily to all
buildings as required.
- Receiving
check, cash and credit card payments to prepare the daily bank
deposit.
- Coordinate
office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs related to the
office and Community facility rooms
- Completing
additional responsibilities that may be assigned as circumstances
warrant.
Qualifications:
The Client Service Manager position requires but not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field or Associate's degree with 1 year experience in a similar role or a High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- two
years of experience in a position of similar scope with two years prior
supervisory experience in a medical office setting;
- knowledge
and ability to operate standard office equipment;
- strong
computer skills;
- an
ability to exercise sound, independent judgment;
- strong
oral and written communication skills;
- strong
interpersonal skills in working with diverse publics;
- flexibility
in assigned working hours;
- regular
and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job;
