Client Services Manager

Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities:  The primary responsibility of the Client Service Manager is to train, supervise and mentor the Client Care Coordinators and Office Support Specialists.  Specific duties include but not limited to:

  • Hiring, training and supervision of Client Care Coordinators and Office Support Specialists.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching and support to ensure high levels of service.
  • Develop and implement workflows, protocols, and best practices to improve front desk operations.
  • Scheduling staff to cover all shifts including back up coverage as may be needed.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns or conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure front desk staff maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards.
  • Processing and distributing both incoming and inter-office mail daily to all buildings as required. 
  • Receiving check, cash and credit card payments to prepare the daily bank deposit.   
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs related to the office and Community facility rooms
  • Completing additional responsibilities that may be assigned as circumstances warrant.

Qualifications:  The Client Service Manager position requires but not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field or Associate's degree with 1 year experience in a similar role or a High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • two years of experience in a position of similar scope with two years prior supervisory experience in a medical office setting;
  • knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment;
  • strong computer skills;
  • an ability to exercise sound, independent judgment;
  • strong oral and written communication skills;
  • strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse publics;
  • flexibility in assigned working hours;
  • regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job;
